How to request deletion
Account deletion can start in the app or from this page. We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the request within 30 days unless legal retention is required.
Where to find account deletion in the app
In-app path: Settings -> Delete account. This opens the deletion page or drafts the support email.
Information for the request
- Your account identifier or email address
- Your purchase channel, if you have an active subscription
- Whether you want account deletion only or any associated server-side records removed
Subscriptions and billing
App Store / Google Play subscriptions are managed or canceled in the store account used to start Archive. Deleting your account does not stop store billing by itself. If you only pause SonderFrame Archive, frames saved to Keepsake Shelf before pausing stay available until the account is deleted. New Archive saves stop after the paid period ends.
What may stay briefly
When legal and audit obligations allow, account-side records are removed after the 90-day hold described in our privacy policy.
