How to request deletion
Users can request account deletion from the app or via this public web form. We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete processing within 30 days unless legal retention applies.

- Your account identifier or email address
- Your purchase channel, if you have an active subscription
- Whether you want account deletion only or full cloud data deletion
